The newly remodelled rooms were immaculate and had a tablet, along with a spacious bathroom. the breakfast, featuring scrambled eggs and oatmeal, was fantastic and had everything you need.

Tommy
I spend 14 nights in Thousand Oaks lovely. Very amiable and absolutely courteous staff plus the breakfast was free of charge. The hotel's location was quiet central and unbeatable, so close to a grocery store, gas station, fast food, and multiple restaurants all in walking distance and Palm Garden Thousand Oaks, Los Angeles for two days. I ate at the attached restaurant near the property.
Slightly noisy room, I was a little disappointed.

Accommodating and efficient staff, clean rooms.
Magnificent location in a strip mall like area and very very nice area. Newly remodelled rooms with a beautiful decor, comfy beds with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating, they even left the laundry facility open an extra hour for me, so I could do my laundry at my convenience. Breakfast had a lot of choices, and had minor changes daily, which were nice. They had a restaurant right there with the hotel. The pool was a really nice size. The landscape was very nice.
We found a bra sticking out from underneath the bed, from another guest. The refrigerator location was very difficult to get things in and out of. The sink was small. The keys had difficulties and it took several attempts to get in the room. No elevator for rooms on the second and third floors.

Albert
The room was brand-new and neat on tablet.

Comfy queen room that got a facelift recently, with heat for days, a personal safe to stash your stuff, and a TV with loads of channels. 🌟

- The shower was in need of renovation (the switch was almost broken and the extractor hood barely worked).

The pet-friendly hotel had a quaint charm. It is centrally located, close to an Indian restaurant and convenient shops. I stumbled upon a nice In-n-Out Burger nearby, which was relatively close to the property.

The breakfast was great. The hotel staff was accommodating & fixed any problems brought to their attention. The grounds were well maintained with a lot of beautiful palm trees.
The rooms needed a little updating & the exercise room needed more &better equipment.
